Welcome to Fairworld Immigration Consulting. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Fairworld Immigration Consulting website, including any information, blog content, inquiry forms, contact channels, and related online services made available through the website.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About Fairworld Immigration Consulting

Fairworld Immigration Consulting provides immigration-related information, consultation options, application support, and professional services through licensed immigration consultants, including Pavel Turban (RCIC, Licence No. R518359) and Mathai George Nooranal (RCIC-IRB, Licence No. R712642).

For website contact purposes, Fairworld Immigration Consulting currently makes available an email address, phone number, contact form, WhatsApp link, and contact/location information on its website.

2. Website Information Only. No Legal Advice Through the Website Alone

All content on this website, including service descriptions, blog posts, FAQs, guides, checklists, news commentary, and general immigration information, is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing on this website is legal advice, immigration advice for your specific case, or a substitute for a professional consultation or signed retainer agreement.

Your use of this website, reading of blog content, sending of an inquiry, or communication through email, phone, contact form, or WhatsApp does not by itself create a consultant-client relationship, representative relationship, or duty to act on your behalf.

A professional relationship is formed only when:

  1. Fairworld agrees to act for you,
  2. a formal retainer or service agreement is signed, and
  3. any required fees and onboarding steps are completed.

3. No Guarantee of Approval or Outcome

Immigration, visa, permit, sponsorship, permanent residence, citizenship, and related decisions are made by government authorities, including but not limited to IRCC, CBSA, ESDC, provincial authorities, and, where applicable, the IRB.

Fairworld Immigration Consulting does not guarantee:

  • approval of any application,
  • issuance of any visa or permit,
  • processing times,
  • invitation under any immigration program,
  • a specific immigration result, or
  • that any application will be accepted, expedited, or approved.

Past results, testimonials, reviews, examples, blog content, or case references do not guarantee future outcomes.

4. Authorized Representation

Only properly licensed and authorized representatives may provide immigration representation for a fee in Canada. Licensed RCICs and RCIC-IRBs may represent clients within the scope permitted by their licence class, and the CICC Public Register is used to verify status.

Where representation is offered by Fairworld, it is subject to:

  • licence status,
  • retainer scope,
  • client cooperation,
  • complete and truthful disclosure,
  • payment of fees, and
  • applicable law and regulator requirements.

5. Client Responsibilities

If you engage Fairworld Immigration Consulting for services, you agree that you are responsible for:

  • providing complete, accurate, and truthful information,
  • promptly disclosing prior refusals, inadmissibility issues, criminal history, immigration history, medical issues, or other relevant facts,
  • providing genuine and valid documents,
  • reviewing drafts and submissions carefully,
  • meeting deadlines,
  • paying agreed fees and applicable third-party fees, and
  • updating Fairworld promptly if your circumstances change.

Fairworld is entitled to rely on the accuracy and completeness of information and documents you provide unless there is reason to believe otherwise.

6. Refusal, Suspension, or Termination of Service

Fairworld Immigration Consulting reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate service, website access, or communications where appropriate, including where:

  • false, misleading, altered, or incomplete information is provided,
  • abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate conduct occurs,
  • required cooperation is not provided,
  • fees remain unpaid,
  • a conflict of interest exists,
  • the requested service is outside licence scope or professional obligations,
  • continuing would be unlawful, unethical, or professionally inappropriate.

7. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • use the website in a way that violates applicable law,
  • interfere with website operation or security,
  • attempt unauthorized access to systems or data,
  • copy, scrape, reproduce, or republish content for commercial use without permission,
  • submit malicious code, spam, or false inquiries,
  • impersonate another person or organization.

You may view or print content for personal, non-commercial reference only. You may not reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

9. Blog, News, and Commentary Disclaimer

Fairworld may publish blog posts, immigration updates, policy commentary, summaries of public information, and educational resources.

These materials:

  • may simplify complex legal or procedural topics,
  • may become outdated as laws or policies change,
  • may not apply to your facts,
  • should not be relied on as a substitute for tailored professional advice.

You should not act or refrain from acting solely on website content without obtaining advice appropriate to your own situation.

10. Third-Party Links, Platforms, and Tools

This website contains or may contain links to third-party platforms and services, including social media, WhatsApp, maps, review platforms, and government or regulator websites. The current website shows links to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, Google Maps/location references, and government fee/processing resources.

11. Contact Form, Email, Phone, and WhatsApp Communications

If you contact Fairworld through a web form, email, phone, or WhatsApp, you consent to Fairworld using the contact information and message details you provide to respond to your inquiry, assess whether services may be appropriate, and communicate with you about your request.

Please do not send highly sensitive or confidential material unless requested and unless you are comfortable with the communication method being used.

Website inquiries do not obligate Fairworld to accept your matter or provide representation.

12. Consultations, Fees, and Third-Party Costs

Consultation fees, professional fees, instalment terms, refunds, and retainer terms, if any, are governed by the specific service agreement or retainer applicable to your matter.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:

  • government fees,
  • filing fees,
  • biometrics fees,
  • medical exam fees,
  • courier fees,
  • translation fees,
  • educational assessment fees,
  • legalizations, and
  • other third-party costs

are separate from professional fees and remain the client’s responsibility.

  • security against all threats.

While Fairworld aims to keep content accurate and current, immigration law and policy change frequently, and errors, omissions, or outdated content may occur.

14. Limitation of Liability
